Inon Dome Lens Unit for UWL-100
The Dome Unit for UWL-100 is a dome converter which can only be used when attached to an either UWL-100 Achromat Type I or Type II, or UWL-100 28AD wide conversion lenses .
When attached to an Inon UWL-100 Achromat Type 1 or Type II wide conversion lens the Dome Lens Unit functions as a semi-fisheye Converter. The Dome Lens Unit enables the UWL-100 underwater angle of view to increase close to that of the UWL-100 when used in air. (Underwater view angle 131.6 degrees when used with C-3030 Zoom and PT-005 housing.) When attached on an UWL-100 28AD wide conversion lens with a "Dome Spacer for UWL-28AD" part, the Dome Lens Unit functions as a fisheye converter, enabling 150.8 degree underwater view angle, approaching the 179.0 degrees of the UWL-100 28AD when used in air. (with S70/S60 cameras in WP-DC40 housing)
While the special optical design enables wider angle of view, the Dome Lens Unit also allows closer focusing distances for better close focus wide-angle imaging.

UWL-100 28AD (Focus Range: 47.6cm - 0cm when using S70/S60 with Macro Mode on; or infinity - 4.95cm when using C-5060/7070 with Macro Mode on.)
The Dome Lens Unit is specially designed for optimum performance with the UWL-100 lens series and is made of optical glass with an inside anti-reflection multi-coat. Optimum design and the highest quality optics, together with the one-piece integral shade/protector, minimize flare and ghosting for clearer images.
