Shipping

U.S. Customers

• Calculate your estimated shipping cost by using the "shipping calculator" in the shopping cart for AIKO. Press add to cart>View or Edit your cart>estimate shipping & tax.
• We do ship to APO, FPO, DPO addresses.
• Free Ground Shipping is available to all items over the value of $200.00 within the U.S.
• Shipping Times: Shipping estimates are based on business days (M-F) with the exception of holidays. All shipping estimates refer to the actual time the order leaves our shipping center, not the time the order was placed.
• All orders are subject to verification and credit card security checks that may result in a shipping dealy.

International Orders

• Calculate your estimated international shipping cost by using the "shipping calculator" in the shopping cart for AIKO. Press add to cart>View or Edit your cart>estimate shipping & tax.
• We will ship to your home address in your country or any address within the U.S. that can be verified. Your home address or shipping address must be the same as the billing address.
• Additional verification information may be requested via e-mail to verify the credit card used and reduce fraud.
• Shipment can not be made to Hotels
• Free Ground Shipping is not available outside of the U.S.
• For international shipping prices please contact customer service
• Import Duties & Taxes may be levied in your country once the item is ready for delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges.
• In the event a shipments refused & returned any duties, fees and/or shipping of the package is the responsibility of the customer
• We are not responsible for delivery delays due to custom delays in the origin country

U.S. & International Shipping Time

• Delivery times are estimates based on information provided by shipping companies.
Terms & Conditons Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges. All items must be in the original unopened, undamaged packaging. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 5 days from delivery. A re-stocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged on all returned items, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item. To return an item you must e-mail Customer Service at customerservice@aikotradingstore.com for prior approval and obtain an RMA number. All merchandise purchased from Aiko Trading Company, Inc. is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Aiko Trading Company, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages We will not accept returns or exchanges without a RMA number. Video Projector Lamps Are Not Returnable. For warranty information please contact the manufacturer. Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or Aiko customer service. If any of the above conditions are not met, Aiko Trading Company, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return.
